Here's what you can do, first of all, make a to-do list. Take a pen and paper, or Google docs would work too. Note the tasks that need to be delivered by the end of your shift. Productive people can distinguish the tasks with the most value. It will become easy to make a meaningful to-do list with a renewed focus on the significant things.
Develop Deep Work
Some tasks are just plain difficult, and there is no other way to do them except with hard work. Don't we enjoy the days when we are assigned tasks that can be done while sleeping? Don't we just dread the days when our work makes us want to pull our hair in frustration or slam our heads against the desk?

You don't have to take long breaks; taking small breaks after every hour is just fine. It will recharge you and clear your head. This way, you will be able to think better and work more efficiently. It is also important that your breaks are deliberate and structured. Remember, distractions are not breaks, hence, schedule your breaks properly. You can work intensely for a particular time, followed by intentional short breaks.
Break Tasks into Smaller Tasks
Even the most productive people have had their fair share of slow points. Sometimes it is because the daily tasks are too daunting, and sometimes it's because people can't do things until the deadline is close.
