Everyone doesn't like this year because of this COVID19. From the begining of the year, the situation made everyone worried and leave it depression. This virus is high dangerous and harmful to us. It spreaded everywhere very fast. Here are 5 ways to avoid COVID19.

1. Maintain Social Distance:
Reduce the gathering, partying & meeting with your friends and colleagues. Only keeping yourself a distance from others will help you avoid from COVID19. Maintain social distance wherever you go outside. Limite your outing and reduce outdoor activities.

2. Wash Hand & Face Regulary:
Wash your hand and face very often after 1 or 2 hours as often as you can. Don't touch anything which is not in your house. If your touch anything while you go outside, wash your hand right after that with a soap. Don't touch your face unnecessarily. 

3. User A Sanitizer: 
Sanitize anything before you use or touch them. Use the sanitizer after every touch when you go outside for shopping, gathering or any activity. 

4. Wear A Mask:
A mask is a must to wear when you go outside for any purpose. If you travel by car alone with close window, you may not need the mask. But you better to have a good N95 pollution mask with proper filtration. Change the mask also regulary and wash it if it is washable.

5. Stay Healthy & Fitness:
Keep your immune system very strong. As much as you are strong enough to stay healthy, you can fight COVID19 very easily. Work out regulary to stay fit.
