A guide to an Unmarried partner visa to the UK!

You are also required to meet certain requirements & also provide evidence stating you can meet them! 

Following are some requirements you will have to meet in order to be eligible for an Unmarried partner visa to the UK. 

The sponsor must either be a British citizen or settled in the UK on ILR or PR

The sponsor must meet a gross annual income of at least £18,600 or evidence of savings of £62,500

The applicant must pass the English language requirement 

Disclose all previous immigration history 

Prove a genuine and subsisting relationship 

Prove you have lived together in the last 2 years – you can share electricity bill, bills addressed to the both of you, banking details of joint account (if any), etc
