Fiber is easy to eat and found in a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts and beans. Healthy diets always contain exercise. 

It's not only about what you eat. Proper exercise not only burns calories contributing to your healthy diet but it revs up your metabolism which helps you burn calories even while you sleep. If your diet is causing you to feel burnt out you are on the wrong diet. Healthy dieters feel more energetic and full of life than those who just eat junk. Exercise also prevents your body for losing muscle tissue causing you to burn the fat. Exactly what your diet is suppose to be accomplishing.
