How often do you happen to think about wandering on your beast to the Land of High Passes? Maybe never and that’s the reason why a Leh-Ladakh bike trip must be on top of everyone’s bucket list. As challenging as it looks, this mystical region of Leh features awe-striking landscapes and open wide vistas, which makes it a perfect destination for bikers. Having said that, riding on your own might not be a piece of cake for everyone. With unmanageable roads and extreme weather, it's quite a task but the stunning views along the road would keep group tours moving.

The ideal time to experience  Ladakh package on a bike-

The months of June to September are the most ideal time to witness the High Passes since the snow melts away making the road accessible for the bikers to move safely.

Route options to consider for Ladakh tour package

Even though there are 2 prime routes to opt for the road trip- Srinagar to Leh and Manali to Leh but the journey of the latter would make one fall in love with the trip. Riding through the backdrop of the Manali- Leh Highway is what keeps one captivated throughout the expedition.

This 490km long Manali-Leh stretch can be done comfortably in 3-4 days but it's recommended that one should break it down as much as they can for the acclimatization.

Surreal Manali to Leh High Passes-

One of the major reasons for the Manali-Leh route is the High Passes of the Indian Himalayas which are considered surreal in themselves. This highway proceeds through magnificent villages of Lahaul valley, Sarchu, Deepak & Suraj Taal, and many more.

The first high altitude pass that you will come across is Rohtang Pass which is also known as the most popular one amongst the tourists & travelers followed by Baralacha La, Nakee La, Lachung La, and Tanglang La.

With high passes that exceed 4800m, it remains a paradise for bikers and adventure enthusiasts.
