I along with the help of my dedicated team of professionals, doctors, and support staff have been successfully running this company for almost 3 years now. Our main purpose behind this company is not to sell products but to spread awareness and educate women regarding the issues that they face related to fertility and pregnancy and what solutions can be used to mitigate these issues. 

We have a YouTube channel, it has about 8000 subscribers. We upload a lot of videos to help with the possible solutions to certain issues, we give information about many home remedies also. We also have an Instagram page with about 12000 followers. Last year we started doing Instagram lives where audiences could ask questions and our expert team of doctors could answer all the questions and we got some good traction. But I wasn’t fully satisfied with doing only Instagram lives, I wanted something more interactive, something more personal.  

One day while browsing the internet I came across Swirl and it instantly hit me that live shopping can really help me. I took a demo with the Swirl team and discovered that their live selling solutions of one-to-many live streams and one-to-one consulting features could really help us.  

We integrated their video call widget on our website and started doing one on one consultations with our clients, we were able to personally interact with our customers and recommend solutions better.  

Instead of doing Instagram lives directly, we started doing live streams on our website. We used simulcasting to simulcast the same live stream onto Instagram and youtube. This virtual selling technique helped us to not only spread awareness but also helped increase our sales. We have set a target of doing such live stream events more frequently by involving doctors and reaching out to our customers at least twice a week.
