a. Baggage Policy, Fees

Carry-On Baggage

You are limited in the amount of baggage you can transport per route or class.

No carry-on luggage can exceed 115cm (42″) total length + width + height

Checked Baggage

Baggage restrictions Depending on the flight route and cabin class, the number of bags allowed to be checked is determined

Maximum baggage length is 158cm (length + Width + Height).

b. Pet Policy

FLY ANGOLA must be notified prior to making a reservation. Space availability may also be important.

All living creatures must be declared before they are allowed to be used as cargo.

FLY ANGOLA does not transport emotional dogs.

Guide dogs accompanying people with hearing or visual impairments can use the cabin and cargo area at no cost. The dog must be controlled once it is onboard.

c. Refund or Cancellation Policy

1. International tickets have a one year policy for refunds. Domestic flight tickets are valid for six month.

2. AOA tickets are available at a 15% discount. There is an administration fee.

3. Tickets cannot be returned in the currency they were issued at the time of purchase.

4. BSP deals with tickets purchased at their offices according to BSP regulations.

5. Tickets shouldn't be returned only by the state agency. They should be returned by ticket-makers as well.

7. Some routes offer discounts of up to 100 USD, 250USD, or 15% on their flight prices.

8. Some tickets can't be returned but other tickets may be exempt.

9. You won't get refunds if you are under 18 years old, have children, or have physical limitations.
