We manufacture OZ wheels using Low-Pressure Casting and Gravity technologies, which are quality methods starting with technology. Low-pressure casting involves heating the alloy to roughly 700°C, casting it, and then injecting it under low pressure from the bottom of the mould to the top. This method is frequently used to turn non-ferrous metals and alloys into manufactured goods, ensuring a high level of finishing on the finished item. The finished casting won't have junctions, porosity, or cavities, and the finished wheel's raw material must have a fine, compact grain.
