When OZ wheels are put on the cars of some of the most significant competing teams. One was the Toyota team, driven by Carlos Sainz, who won his first world championship in 1990. The wheel is white and has a noticeable central “disc” inscribed in red twice the OZ Racing emblem. Even though it has been modified, the new OZ Racing wheel has the same distinctive features. The new OZ Racing wheel has been given exclusive characteristics using its classic appearance as a starting point, such as the spoken form that overlaps with the centre disc and provides the wheel with a different look by making it appear even larger and more aggressive.

We manufacture OZ wheels using Low-Pressure Casting and Gravity technologies, which are quality methods starting with technology. Low-pressure casting involves heating the alloy to roughly 700°C, casting it, and then injecting it under low pressure from the bottom of the mould to the top. This method is frequently used to turn non-ferrous metals and alloys into manufactured goods, ensuring a high level of finishing on the finished item. The finished casting won't have junctions, porosity, or cavities, and the finished wheel's raw material must have a fine, compact grain.
A forged wheel's even molecule distribution contributes to its mechanical and physical robustness. Because of this, the wheel performs significantly better when subjected to impacts and high levels of load stress than a comparable cast wheel would.
Our company manufactures OZ alloy wheels for the most competitive auto markets, including racing (F1, Rally, DTM, Indy.), aftermarket, motorbike, and OEM with specialised equipment for the most expensive vehicles. Our OZ rally wheels satisfy the unique specifications of high-end automakers like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Aston Martin, Lotus, and McLaren, to mention a few. These collaborations have led to unique concepts, incredibly advanced wheels, and exceptional design.
Due to a passion for wheels, Tuner Stop has grown to be a legend in the automobile industry. Our position as the industry leader has been secured by the triumphs we have shared with some of the most recognisable names, including the OZ wheels in racing and our constant pursuit of excellence.
