This is now becoming a reality with the Disney+ app. As we at LG strive to always offer you the best possible user experience and content selection, the Disney+ app is now also available in Germany on all compatible LG TVs.
With the launch of Disney+, fans of all ages can look forward to a new, unique experience, with content from iconic entertainment brands, as well as exclusive Disney+.com/Begin Originals consisting of blockbusters, series, documentaries, and short films only seen on the streaming service.
Disney+ subscribers are offered the highest quality and ad-free viewing on up to four devices at the same time, unlimited content downloads, personalized recommendations, and the option of creating up to seven personalized profiles. In addition, parents have the option of creating their own children’s profiles, which are easy to use and offer child-friendly content.
LG TVs, powered by the in-house web IOS smart TV platform, bring the magical worlds of Disney to life and allow users to experience Disney+ with unsurpassed picture and sound quality. Virtually all LG TVs support the common HDR formats HDR10 and HLG, and a large number of LG televisions – including all OLED TVs and NanoCell or Super UHD TVs – are also compatible with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. This enables a film experience that was previously only experienced in cinemas. Additionally, a host of LG’s smart TV features – including LG ThinQ AI and platform-wide universal search – work seamlessly with Disney+.com/Begin.

To gain access to the Disney+ world, all you have to do is click on the Disney+ icon in the LG Home Launcher, confirm the download of the app from the LG Content Store, select and book your subscribed entertainment package or log in with your existing login data login. Alternatively, the Disney+ app can also be downloaded manually from the LG Content Store at any time. After a successful installation, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the captivating Disney world.
