Lockdowns have been a challenging part this year. The pandemic forced every individual to stay at home for their safety. However, it has been advantageous for a lot of people. During the ongoing race between work and life, the pandemic has let you work on yourself. Not only this, but it has bought you a lot of time to explore your passion and individuality.

A lot of people paid attention to their fitness and have worked hard to get to their goal. Now that we’re all set to step to the normal part, we’ll have to balance between work and other activities. Some people opted to go cycling, while others chose to build a gym at home. Apart from this, going for walks and jogging has been the mantra for a lot of people. Therefore, if you’re one of those people who are walking more and more, you must have a way figured to keep your exercise more scheduled.

Have you thought of getting yourself a smartwatch assistant to track your workout time? Fortunately, Apple has recently released two fresh watch models which look a lot like flagship Series 6.

The Watch SE has similar features to Series 6, including the same shape and size, same display resolution, the same access to Watch faces, and the same 32GB storage. What’s different is the cost as the SE is €130 cheaper than the Series 6. The price of the SE, including its stylish strap, is €300.

Furthermore, the differences between the two watches are that the SE doesn’t have the new blood oxygen sensor the same as Series 6. Not only this, but it also doesn’t include an ECG sensor. The new SE Watch is available in the grey, silver, and gold casing options the same as Series 6; however, it doesn’t come in the blue aluminum casing or the red Project Red edition.

If you’re someone who would like to have all the features of Series 6, the new SE isn’t recommended. On the other hand, if you’re not going through any complications and want to focus on tracking your exercise, there is no better option than a decent smartwatch. Something that might intrigue you is that SE doesn’t have a constant turned-on display as Series 6.

SE has most of the features as any other older models have like the screen flashes when you raise your wrist. While Series 6 doesn’t require you to make any movement as you can see the screen flashing all the time.

As you all know that all the Apple Watch models after Series 3 come in a slightly smaller display, but the SE model is available in two sizes. A 40mm watch comes for €294 including band, while a 44mm watch is available for €324. There’s also an Apple Watch Nike edition that has its band and Watch face, available for the same price.

If you’re concerned about the battery life of the new model SE, it works for around one to two days depending upon your usage of the applications. Sadly, the SE Watch gives lesser output than other fitness devices when it comes to its battery, but keep in mind that the Apple Watch has a better screen quality and a lot more than the others. The only time you’re likely to face the battery issue is while sleep tracking as you cannot connect your watch to a charger and go to sound sleep. Instead, you’ll have to wear it all the time.

One incredible feature of the Apple Watch is the policy of updating itself automatically. Once your WatchOS is updated to its latest version, everything becomes smooth and quick no matter how old your watch. This is one reason behind the sale of the Series 3 watch.

Interestingly, Apple has also announced its to-be-launched subscription service called Fitness+. The new premium option is likely to blend well with the sensors and abilities of the Apple Watch. Apple mentioned that when you start a workout session selecting the same on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, the accurate workout type will automatically begin on the watch as well. The subscription will be available for €10 per month; however, there’ll be a free trial period before that. Also, it is offering free access to family members.

The new service will work in your favor as it’ll be offering inspired workouts from professionals and motivating music by renowned artists. The trainers will include yogis, gymnasts, personal trainers, health coaches, athletes, and much more.

Isn’t that a great deal getting yourself a fitness-focused watch along with excellent training sessions at such a low cost? If you’re still confused about your investment, it is advised to go through further research and make your decision.
