The goal of the game is to collect the giant ore from the colossal rock in the middle of the stadium with your team's colossal pickaxe Old School RS Gold. To do that you have to use your unique pickaxes to mine an ore out of a stone (each rock is 20 Mining Exp.) Together with your group's color (you're also able to mine different teams' rocks) anywhere in the arena (you can hold up to your stock space).

Then you have to utilize your mined ore and deposit it into the engine which powers your team's giant pickaxe. The giant pickaxe then begins mining off in the gigantic rock in the center of the arena. The more of the colored ore you put in the engine, the quicker your group's giant pickaxe mines. However, other folks from other teams can put different colored ores to a team's motor to slow down your giant pickaxe from mining.

As the giant pickaxes from all the teams mine at the colossal rock, shards of the different colors from the stone start flying all over the stadium. All the teams' pickaxes are racing to get that ore within the gigantic rock. You will understand when you triumph when the gigantic rock gets smashed and large shards of your group's colour are flying everywhere.

The rewards are bits of the giant stone's shards and perhaps some ores. If you played well by assisting your group a good deal, you will make a great deal of shards and maybe get some ores like adamantite. If did essentially nothing in the entire period of the mini-game, you would not as many shards and probably wouldn't receive any ores.

If your team loses and you tried your best, you'd find some shards, also. Like the Fist of Guthix token, these shards could be traded at the reward shop for particular eyeglasses, special boots, or maybe special handles for your own pickaxe Cheap OSRS Fire Cape. Members, obviously, would get more rewards to chose from.
