Last year, Samsung announced the launch of its new device named Samsung Galaxy S10 mobile and also revealed that they are coming up with the smartwatches range, which is going to be known as Samsung Galaxy Watch Active.

The Galaxy watch active is available in only 40 mm size, and you only have to child to choose colors from four variants. These watches have circular dialogues, sleek design, and a light in weight. It is powered with Exynos 9110 chipset, and a dual-core processor clocked at 1.15 GHz along with 750 MB RAM. These watches work on the Tizen operating system. These watches provide good battery life and will be a great partner for your exercise routine as you can keep track of your fitness goals with over 35 exercises that are pre-installed in the watch. Your health summary gets displayed on the screen of the watch.

Use the button at the bottom of the watch to view all the applications you have on the device. The menu will appear in a circular icon. Samsung has introduced third-party apps in this watch, such as Spotify, which you can connect to your accounts from mobiles and streams all sources directly from your watch. It also has other third-party apps, such as Uber, Flipboard, MapMyRun, and more. This watch works with both Android and iPhone, but the Android has to run on Android 5 software and should have at least 1.5 GB of RAM and iPhone should support iOS 9 or higher software.

Just like any other smartwatch it also records your heart rate, but what’s unique in it is that it can measure your stress level as well. If this device records any increment in your heart rate, it will suggest breathing exercises and will alert you to take rest. But these breathing exercises are not as good as the ones that you can achieve from the paid apps like Calm, The Mindfulness, Headspace, etc. Use the ‘My BP Lab’ to track your blood pressure. Use the watch to track your sleep pattern as well, and it will give you the statistics related to your sleeping duration, REM, and more.

Its battery lasts up to 45 hours on a single charge. You can also recharge the batteries from the wireless charging pad in the box, and it will take up to 2 hours to recharge the device’s battery from zero. When the battery is less than 20%, the device will prompt you to turn on the Low Battery Mode to save some battery. You can manually switch to Low Battery Mode at any point. You can recharge your device’s battery with the Qi wireless charger as well, that too, within 40 minutes.
