No, this is not a joke!! There is good reason for this. Any cardio that you do in the morning before breakfast is absolutely fantastic for weight loss. The reason is because your body has been in fasted state for eight hours since you went to bed and is crying out for some kind of food.When you do exercise in this kind of state your body has no choice but to dip into the fat reserves. The energy has to come from somewhere, right! The sex with your partner is kind of a joke, but actually it would work – on average you can burn over 150 calories on average doing this. Of course, if you’re single you may just choose to walk to work in the morning – this has the same effect!
