Bullet Head is a 2017 American-Bulgarian crime thriller film written and directed by Paul Solet and starring Adrien Brody, Antonio Banderas, and John Malkovich.

Interspersed flashbacks occur to Perro de Presa Canario, a large mastiff, from the dog fighting ring, as well as his owner, Blue, who has mistreated the dog to make him fight. Despite growing up and facing many opposing dogs in one match, the dog is injured, and Blue orders his handler to put him down.
After a botched robbery, the getaway driver of the four-man crew may have been shot as there are three bullet holes visible in the driver's side window. The getaway car was seen to go out of control and then crashed into an abandoned warehouse, with the driver seen dead, his head resting on the steering wheel. The other three criminals, Stacy, Walker, and Gage take cover in the warehouse. Stacy contacts the other driver, but they won't be picked up until the hot weather subsides the next day. As Stacy and Walker discuss how to crack the stolen safe, Gage is in a desperate, desperate state to shoot.
Gage is revealed to have botched the robbery when he left his post to steal drugs from the pharmacy. As they wait for morning, Stacy thinks of her girlfriend Grace who had left her years earlier, yet asks her to join her. Stacy is hesitant to leave a life of crime. Walker tells Stacy a story from when he was younger; a botched robbery led him to steal some fish from a pet shop as a present for his daughter. However, all the freshwater fish died in the saltwater, but the saltwater fish survived.
Inside the dressing room, Gage found drugs, medical supplies, and testosterone. He then found the corpse of the dog handler, and the monster dog itself standing over the corpse. The dog chased the three men but they were able to trap it in the locker room. Gage dropped his bag of opiate drugs on the way out. A police dog handler arrived at the scene to search the empty building, followed by a patrol car with two other officers.
The Mastiff sneaked up on the officer, but did not attack him as the officer showed affection to his K9 dog. The police left without detecting the criminal. Stacy and Walker share their opinions on dogs, with Stacy telling the story of how she became a dog lover after she bought a poodle to sniff out truffles for a robbery. He was caught by a security guard, but the guard was afraid of dogs and ran away.
