If abnormal conditions are found, deal with it yourself or report to the relevant responsible person for handling (the gearbox distribution box should fill with gear oil. The cooling case should fill with heat-conducting oil).
3. Frequently check the sealing and water leakage of various pipe filters and joints, and do an excellent job protecting cooling pipes.
4. The raw materials in the feeding hopper must be pure and free of impurities, and metal must not mix in to ensure that the barrel and screw are not damaged. When feeding, check whether there is a magnetic stand in the hopper. If there is no magnetic stand, it must be placed in the magnetic stand immediately. Frequently check and clean the metal objects attached to the magnetic stand.
5. The pipe extruder is generally not allowed to run empty to avoid scratches between the screw and the barrel of the screw between the screws.
6. After each production, immediately clean up the remaining raw materials in the mould and the barrel and the easily decomposable stop machine. If the machine is not in production for some time, apply anti-rust oil on the surface of the screw case and the mould runner. Inject an anti-rust agent into the water pump and vacuum pump
7. If the current supply is interrupted, the potentiometers must be reset to zero, and the driving and heating must stop. After the voltage is average, it must be reheated to the set value and turn on after heat preservation (some products must remove after the mould). You opened the cooler and damaged the equipment.
8. Timely check the locking of the fasteners, such as the fastening screws of a heating ring, the wiring terminals, the clamping block of the tractor, and the clamp of the cutting the components with the outer protective cover of the machine.
(2) Lubrication and oil injection for extrusion
1. Maintenance of the gearbox
1. The gearbox is the core transmission mechanism of the plastic extruder, which needs to be maintained. The first fuel change is in the third month of production, and once every six months, it is best to refuel to 1/2 of the round window of the oil viewing port.
2. The cooling water pipeline of the gearbox should be connected by professionals to ensure cooling to avoid severe wear of the gear due to high temperature

2. Maintenance of the motor
1. When installing, it is recommended to take protective measures to the motor shaft to avoid direct water spray on the motor shaft.
2. The motor is generally filled with lubricating oil once every six months, and the oil filling port at the shaft end is 40 grams at a time, and the non-shaft end is 30 grams at a time.
3. If you use it for a long time, you should actively pay attention to the motor's temperature. If the motor is high temperature due to the stop of production and waits for it to cool down, it will extend the motor's life.
