If you are facing the problem where the Payment is unable to proceed then you have these following steps as a quick fix to resolve the error of Payment:

  • Ensure that the debit or credit card you are using is valid in the country.
  • Ensure the is not expired.
  • Ensure that you have filled every required field on the payment page. These fields are marked with * symbol.
  • Ensure that the entered details are right, and it matches the card you are submitting.
  • Ensure the ZIP and Postal Code enter under the billing address is correct; otherwise, it can also lead to this error.
  • Now, you have to make sure that the secured PIN (3-4 digits) is correct. If you think you have forgotten your PIN, then you click on forget password and follow the screen instructions.
  • If you have selected any third party option to pay the Payment, then you will be giving that third party, and it will be paying the Disney.

Re-LogIn

After applying the quick fixes, if the issue is not resolved, then you should log out from the app and try to login again. For that, you have to follow these steps:

  • Go to the homepage of the Disney + by clicking on the Icon “D+” located on the left top corner.
  • Tap on Cog Icon.
  • Now, you will find yourself in Setting Page.
  • Tap on the Log Out switch, which is at the bottom of the list.
  • You will reach on the login page. Here, you can enter your existing account details or create a new account by clicking on the Sign-Up button.
  • Now, login from the existing account details.
  • Once you enter the Disney +, you should reach out to the payment page.
  • Now, try again to pay the subscription fee for the access of the content and check whether there is any issue remained or not?
  • Once the payment is made, then you have to click on Agree on the T&C.

Try Any Other Card

If the re-login process can’t resolve the issue, then there is a possibility that your card has some issues. So, the best way to get the subscription of Disney + is =using different cards. It is not quite the solution, but you have to settle for this if the other methods fail you.
