On the day Roy Halladay died in a plane crash, he had more than double a fatal dose of amphetamines in his system.
“That amphetamines level shocks me,” Dr. Mitchell Garber said after reviewing the autopsy report of the Medical Examiner. “I saw that number and said, ‘Am I reading that right?”
