Organisations need a goal-oriented team of professionals that takes responsibility for planning, implementing, and yielding superior results within their respective fields. It can only be achieved if there is honest communication, interpersonal conflict resolution, and harmony among the team members.

I’m holding a team of around 500 members, but never saw all of the members’ high in terms of enthusiasm and energy at the same time. I have enrolled in ‘Elite Corpset Bootcamp,’ which is also known as ‘Company Day’ and ‘Team Day’ program, specially designed to bring unique experiences to the organisation and test each member on basic military settings to attain a clear understanding of team’s dynamics. He has the ability to solve problems in areas that require trust, courage, clear communication, teamwork, and execution, this is what I already knew about a former hunter solider.

This 1-day team training session isn’t just for entertainment but considered a learning day where teams can get a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities to accomplish goals they’ve set themselves for. I met Henrik in Holmegaard near Bagenkop to discuss the fundamentals and action plan to bring forth positivity and consistent zeal of learning within my workplace.

Meeting him again in Langeland Municipality was a pleasure, always ensuring to support my team members from start to finish which explains he is no fraud or deception as he does his job with insight, dedication, and honesty.

I can see that the 1-day course has brought individual compassion, enthusiasm, and positivity in my workplace. He has developed a compliant process based on my team’s issues, needs, and ambitions so that each member shares the same vision and bring outstanding results. Overall, I’ve had an incredible experience with him.
