- If Advanced Repair Options cannot be accessed then make a Windows Installation Media using the Rufus tool.
- Once the Windows Installation Media created, turn off your PC which is showing the FAT FILE SYSTEM error. Plugin the Windows Installation Media and boot your computer from it. You can do that by changing the boot preference in the BIOS menu.
- When the Windows installation wizard appears, press on Next.
- Tap the Repair your computer option from the bottom-left corner.
- After that, press the Troubleshoot button.
- Now head to Advanced option in the troubleshooting wizard.
- Navigate to Command Prompt.
- Inside the Command Prompt window, type the chkdsk /f /r command.
- Hit the Enter key.
- When asked for confirmation, press the Y key to allow the system to restart the device once the operation completes.
