There is a possibility of iPad Pro getting a “Laser-Powered 3-D Camera,” according to Mark Gurman (January 2019.) There are rumors that there will be a three-camera system as in iPhone 11 Pro. The leaks by OnLeaks and iGeekbolg show that the camera pattern doesn’t change, but as per Sonny Dickson’s website a very different pattern might appear to the back camera.
