If Manchester United wins £100m from West Ham's Declan Rice this summer, those five players would be the only footballers in the world to have asked for higher transfer fees than the 22-year-old England international.

Bissouma, 24-year-old, played a key role in preserving Brighton's Premier League status for another campaign. The Seagulls are said to agree to approve the Malians' bid for £30 million, just a little cheaper than Rice.
However, Bissouma also appears statistically superior to Rice as he averaged more passes tackles, and tackles per game this season than the Englishman in the league, despite their average interceptions per game (1.9) flat.
