What is a migraine?

Changes in choler and sputum defects due to diet and lifestyle cause illness with different symptoms. Neurology-related problems increase when the choler causes headaches. There is relief after a long time in severe pain. Neurological problems occur not only through the brain but also through the neck and ears, so an MRI or CT scan of the brain will reveal its true cause.

Perhaps you do not know that migraines are also mainly of two types. In the case of a classic migraine, there are a number of symptoms that indicate that you are having a migraine attack, such as blurred vision before the onset of a headache, some also have symptoms of shoulder stiffness and irritation.

In the case of classic migraine, the blood vessels begin to shrink. In such a situation, it is good to contact the doctor immediately. Non-classic migraines cause severe headaches from time to time, but other symptoms are not seen. In such a situation, taking painkillers along with the onset of headaches can bring relief.

Symptoms of Migraine

Usually we all complain of occasional headaches. How to identify if it is a simple headache or migraine headache? Migraine headaches are identified by ‘aura'. Aura is a visual disturbance, in which the patient intermittently sees bright light, crooked lines, dark spots in front of the eyes, prickles in the skin and weakness. Dark circles under the eyes, anger, irritability and pain in the same part of the head are symptoms.

Migraine is a neurological problem. In this, there is a very prickly pain in the head on one side. This pain lasts for a few hours to three days. It may cause headaches as well as problems like gastric, nausea, vomiting. Apart from this, migraine is disturbed by light, loud sound. Migraine can be predicted by recognizing one or more of these symptoms. But keep in mind that the same symptoms can also be caused by some other disease.

Causes

Migraine causes severe pain in one part of the head, as if someone is hitting a hammer. If this pain occurs in half of the head, sometimes it also occurs in the whole head. This state of pain can last from a few hours to a few days. This pain is called migraine, hemorrhage, or semiconscious. In this, the arteries under the head enlarge at the time of headache. Swelling also occurs in the painful part.

Lifestyle and Diet –

Stress – This life is full of stress and people do not even make much effort to change it. Gradually this all starts changing in the form of migraine. Headache increases when reached in a stressful environment with normal condition and blood pressure starts to become high. Migraine is more due to major diseases like blood pressure, blood sugar and stress etc. Migraine pain can last from a few hours to three days. Colds, viruses, and fevers also cause headaches.

Hormones – This is due to natural changes or imbalances of hormones. This occurs especially in women, where there is a headache when estrogen hormone levels decrease. Women may have headaches during or before periods.

Unbalanced foods – Some unbalanced foods such as beer, red wine, chocolate, cheese, aspartame, monosodium glutamate and excess caffeine use also cause migraine.

Natural environment- Natural environment like- strong sunlight, blindness of eyes due to sunshine, strong ache due to loud sound, perfume, smell (paint, thinner, smoke) etc.

On waking up to sleep- due to the blockage in the pattern on waking up, such as not being able to sleep properly, sleeping more etc.

Due to extreme exertion – Physical exhaustion due to excessive exertion or hard work also causes migraine.

Changes in weather- A change in weather means that even hot or cold weather causes the problem of migraine.

Do not eat too much chilli, keep blood pressure maintenance and do not eat birth control pills, if you want to take birth control pills, then take it in low doses.

-Daily  go for a walk in the morning, walk on the barefoot grass because it reduces stress and if the tension is low then the hormones will also remain in balance which also reduces the migraine.

– Do yoga yoga or pranayam for 30 minutes, you will get a lot of benefit from this, 10 minutes daily meditation is also very beneficial for us.

– Migraine patients should drink plenty of fluids ie soup, lemonade, coconut water, buttermilk, lassi etc.

– Eat plenty of fruits and green vegetables.

Take a small amount of salt. Half a teaspoon of salt a day is enough because most food items contain salt by themselves.

Avoid taking tea, coffee and cold drinks etc. Taking them can increase migraine.

Avoid the consumption of alcohol and chocolate. They also cause headaches.

– Rich oil-spiced food and fasting also increase migraine problems, so avoid it.

– Exercise improves sleep and reduces the frequency and intensity of migraine headaches, cycling is beneficial for migraine sufferers. Cardiovascular exercise is the best way to dissolve the feeling of being stable and ‘stuck', which occurs to migraine sufferers prior to the attack.
