Leader Arlo is still the same person, but Niantic has changed his Pokemon Lineup to make the competition more interesting. Now to obtain the strange egg, players have to defeat the leaders. If trainers successfully defeat every Team Rocket leader, they can get the chance to face off against Team Rocket Boss Giovanni as well.
In Pokemon Go, three Team Rocket leaders are available named Arlo, Cliff, and Sierra. Undoubtedly, all these leaders are powerful and carry strong Pokemon in battle.
