3-  Chatbots are simpler and faster than apps

With a  chatbot, you don’t need to download anything . ‘Installing’ a chatbot is simple – all you need to do is find one and start chatting – and it doesn’t require a lot of smartphone memory.  

The use of chatbots takes us back to the early days of computing. Using a chatbot’s chat interface looks like a command line. And the chatbots’ “command line” allows users to “enter commands” in a natural way instead of remembering exact commands that can be useless if at least one symbol is lost.

With a chatbot, the user does not need to leave the platform they are using: Messenger or WhatsApp, for example. They work quickly and help users save time. In addition, unlike web pages that usually take a few seconds to load, bots are loaded instantly.
