Hello guys, So not certain if there is still people hanging around who know mepersonally, but that's largely irrelevant. I was a long time participant, however I retired indefinitely just shy of RS gold 3 years ago. I am interested now in making a small return, looking for a game to fool around in while I'm not too busy and to fill the gaps in time.

Problem is, a lot has changed. Even when compared with 3 years ago and while I'm sure it would not all be too hard. I still have no idea of where to start. One of the main problems is my first character has been completely lost to me and I see no way to get him back as saddening as it is. I have another character (with nowhere close to the achievements my old account had, but still better than starting off from scratch) that I would use to keep off with.

There was a brief intermediate period where I played for a month or two on this other account because my previous one was hacked, but I do not remember too much information from how the match was and when this was.

Some fundamental questions: What's the grind like today? What's the effect of inflation been how challenging is the moneymaking process from scratch? Is there still a population for a lot of the activities? Where would you suggest I start if I were to get started? I have heard about buying membership with ingame money, what is this like? Is it effortless to upkeep or not and what is the price like?

Lets see if I could provide some answers. What's the grind like today? In the past couple of years xp rates of a great deal of ability have been buffed, thus there's not as much grind. What has the impact of buy RuneScape gold inflation been and how challenging is the moneymaking process from scratch? Moneymaking now is mostly confined to battle, bossing in particular. Skilling generally gives limited benefit compared to what I said previously.
