It was exactly the same that both specific dispatch and registered dispatch were troublesome.

It hasn't been more than a month since I joined the company, but what I expected before I joined was correct.

That is, the troublesome thing about specific dispatch and registered dispatch is exactly the same.

So what's the trouble?

This time I would like to write about that.

It's a hassle with your company's timesheet and your office's timesheet!

This was the same for my previous job, but there are two timesheets to submit to your company and one to dispatch, which is really annoying.

Even if the timesheet alone is troublesome, there are two.

I want to go mad.

Well, this time I'm dispatched, I'm still conscientious because it's not a fucking specification that I select items with flickering and pulling down Excel every 15 minutes like a previous job familiar from the base.

The leader there was really out of the base, so I hated it from the bottom of my heart.

On the messenger app, I was reprimanded for a small mistake for a small hour, and it was a hellish day. Just remembering makes me angry.

Anyway, dispatching is full of troublesome things!

The hierarchies of the dispatched people are troublesome.

When you are assigned to the destination, you will be interviewed by the people inside.

Then you will be taught who and who are most involved in the business.

Well, at the bottom are those who have been dispatched and the so-called BP (Business Partner w) in the same line.

The next greatest thing is the proper people of a certain system company to which we are dispatched.

And the greatest thing is the employees of the company that is the customer.

Dispatched, it consists of the above three-layer structure.

In other words, no matter how skillful you are, the person who is dispatched to a proper person who is not skilled is in a better position.

We are like cats we borrowed, we are not mentally stable, and we do not have a rootless grassy feeling.

In terms of “non-regular”, both specific dispatch (though there is no word for now) and registered dispatch are exactly the same.

From the perspective of a regular employee in the workplace I'm currently in, I'm a person from another place, and I'm a dispatched worker in a lump.

So, no matter how many employees you hire as an employee, you can't actually work in-house, so it's essentially the same as dispatching.
