Spiritualism and Religion, A Human Progression

Chakra, what weird word isn't it? Well, Chakra in Sanskrit means “Wheel”, and they are energy centers that the human body possesses, although animals and plants also have their energy centers.

These centers have various functions that act on the Physical – Mental – Emotional and Spiritual planes. These centers absorb and regulate the universal vital energy, taking it to the body's different organs and functions. When our chakras are vibrating in harmony, we are in a state of fullness, and we are in good health, and when they are not vibrating properly, our energy does not flow correctly, causing different imbalances in our body. Our body has seven main Chakras and several secondary ones. In Buddhism, it is believed that the spirit can become worn down and need a cleanse. Across many religions, the idea of spirituality is a key aspect, and they usually tie in well together.

Spiritualism is also important to human progression.

Spiritualism is a different religion that meets different claims. As in the whole world, religion appears to every spiritual need. Although the best known are the ones with the most faithful in the world and concentrate a large part of the population, we must also recognize that there are many other religions, perhaps unknown or less well known, that are still important. We often want to have items in our possession that help us with our journeys, such as candles, Shivoham Buddha beads, or a golden chalice.

Spiritualism as a religion emerged in the nineteenth century in Paris, France. Although there are antecedents of similar religious forms, based on the study of spirits, they were not organized and structured until the mentioned time. This religion (much newer than others) began to organize around the idea that spirits are also mystical entities and sensitive to our communication so that one can maintain links with them. Throughout history, it has been proven that all civilizations have beliefs, ceremonies, or rituals. There is a wide range of religious expressions that involve forms of relationship with the highest, with something superior. When the traditional religions do not satisfy, the sects and the power, try to make up for the sublime's absence. In recent years, there has been a greater concern in the search for spirituality and its growing influence on individual well-being, but sometimes this search veers in other directions and gives rise to sects' rise. The phenomenon of sects has always aroused enormous interest and concern in society.

How to be more spiritual in daily life.

Spirituality is not something that has to do with reason. Taking into account also that it is something that is within ourselves and that we all have, let this inner force help you to choose the path. The best known and most traditional form is yoga, which allows practitioners to enter states of consciousness that allow connection with the spiritual through postures and breathing. Meditation is also vital. Being able to draw or paint, whether they are mandalas – geometric figures used in Buddhism as a form of meditation – or any other type of painting, can help us connect with our essence too. Finding inner peace will always be at the core of spirituality.
