Fortunately, the online streaming subscription services kept the gloominess at bay with their back to back new shows and films. By this time of the year, you must have finished your watchlist. But there is more entertainment coming your way that will keep up with the spirits of Halloween month.

Vampires vs Bronx

Vampires vs Bronx is a comedy horror movie released on 2nd October that portrays a bunch of teenagers who find the vampires invading the Bronx. They all come together and form a team to fight the blood-sucking vampires and save their neighborhood. This movie stars Jaden Michael, Gerald W. Jones III, and Gregory Diaz IV. You can watch it on Netflix and find out if the teenagers could successfully save their neighborhood.

Monsterland

Monsterland also released on 2nd October is an American drama anthology horror web television series. This 8-episode series is based upon the short story collection, North American Lake Monsters: Stories by Nathan Ballingrud. In each episode, a new strange creature like mermaids, fallen angels, and other such strange and unnatural creatures cover the screen time while controlling the weak people and make them perform as they command. You can find it on Hulu subscription services.

Hubie Halloween

This movie was released on 7th October on Netflix, and it shows the life of Hubie Dubois who is extremely devoted to his hometown of Salem but is a figure of mockery for everyone in town. Despite his good nature, he never received the respect he deserved. On 31st October in his hometown, everyone is going to celebrate Halloween, but something strange is about to happen. Hubie will get the responsibility to protect his hometown people and their Halloween celebration as he investigates to find a murderer.

The Haunting of Bly Manor

This is an upcoming American supernatural horror drama web-television series that will premiere on Netflix on 9th October. Loosely based on the 1898 horror novella The Turn of the Screw by Henry James, this series features a man who hires a young governess to look after his niece and nephew at the family country house. After arriving at the Bly estate, the governess notices spirit and ghouls that proceed to haunt the location.

Unsolved Mysteries: Volume 2

Unsolved Mysteries: Volume 2 is another TV show that will premiere on Netflix from the 19th of October. It is a revived TV show, and the last show was a hit, and the audience was impressed by it. Carrying forward the storyline of the 1st season, Volume 2 will touch upon topics like crime, murder, ghosts, and UFOs. You will probably be creeped out more than being scared at the end.

The Creepshow Special

If you know about the Shudder streaming services, you’d be impressed to know they are coming up with their horror special for Halloween. On 26th October, it will feature a fully animated Creepshow Special that debuted as a spine-chilling horror movie, originally released in 1982. This movie is based on short stories and will fill you with anticipation and terror.

While gearing up for a safe Halloween, these upcoming shows and movies will keep you company and entertained. Although Disney is not coming up with any latest horror content, you can still check out their range of spooky movies and dip in the comfort of knowing the next scene of the movie is going to be.
