1. Do you get sick while reading in the car?

No. I have spent a lot of time reading while in a moving vehicle. I haven't in a long time because I'm an avid pedestrian and am rarely in a moving vehicle.

2. Which author’s writing style is completely unique to you and why?

I'm not sure how to explain it. I picked up my first Meg Cabot book and just knew she'd be one of my favorite authors. The same can be said about Libba Bray and Rainbow Rowell.

3. Harry Potter Series or the Twilight Saga? Give 3 points to defend your answer.

I've read both but that's kind of a lie since I never read the fifth book so that's part of the reason I want to go back and reread the Twilight Saga. Harry Potter because there's magic, magic, and magic, and Luna Lovegood.

4. Do you carry a book bag? If so, what is it in (besides books…)?

I have a purse. I literally looked up what to put in a purse when I started carrying one more often. If I don't have a physical library book I'm reading on my phone. Well a cellphone is good for something since I hate phones but it comes in handy being able to carry multiple books without the added weight.

5. Do you smell your books?

No I don't.

 6. Books with or without little illustrations?

I read both but I always enjoy a book that includes illustrations even if it is little headers at the start of each chapter. It just adds a little something extra to the book.

7. What book did you love while reading but discovered later it wasn’t quality writing? (Ex. I read Twilight before I read HP and thought the writing was amazing but read HP and now think Twilight is a little bit of a joke.)

Nothing comes to mind. When it comes to rating I seem to be an oddball.

8. Do you have any funny stories involving books from your childhood? Please share!

Nope just a fuzzy memory of having to read Charlotte's Web before I was allowed to check it out from the library. I was like six at the time.

9. What is the thinnest book on your shelf?

Kindred Spirits/Almost Midnight by Rainbow Rowell

10. What is the thickest book on your shelf?

I'm pretty sure it is It although I want to get a different version since I hate the trade paperback.

11. Do you write as well as read? Do you see yourself in the future as being an author?

When I was in the sixth grade we were asked what we wanted to be when we grew up and I said author. That didn't happen. I do write hence this website you're currently at but I don't really have the skill to actually have people wanting to read what I write.

12. When did you get into reading?

I can't remember a time when I wasn't reading. I got my first library card when I was like six. When I was about twelve I got permission to check out whatever books I wanted so I jumped to adult books pretty quickly. I don't really think there were as many genres or age ranges for people to read.

13. What is your favorite classic book?

Hmm I don't know. I do want to reread Anna Karenina. I did read a couple books by this author. Crime And Punishment I believe. I do want to work in some classics this year.

14. In school was your best subject Language Arts/English?

I didn't have that subject. I had English. When I was a senior I had to make up for a semester of 11th grade English while also taking 12th grade English. Yes I realize the irony.

15. If you were given a book as a present that you had read before and hated…what would you do?

I'd exchange it for another book. I don't see this happening since no one gives me books except from me to me.

16. What is a lesser known series that you know of that is similar to Harry Potter or the Hunger Games?

The Worst Witch series by Jill Murphy was clearly a series JK read because you can totally tell that this series was totally used as a blueprint for what becomes the Harry Potter world. I'm actually surprised that there wasn't a lawsuit. Clearly Hardbroom became Snape. I was able to literally see which character was which. No this isn't a ripoff of Harry Potter since it came out long before that. People were saying that because of the most recent TV show based on the books. People need to check the dates before accusing a series of being a ripoff like The Vampire Diaries coming out long before Twilight. I haven't read the final book but it is a really cute series that I enjoyed reading.

17. What is a bad habit you always do (besides rambling) while filming?

Clearly this wasn't intended for me. The only thing I can say is that I don't have that spark that causes people to want to come here and read what I have to say about books or whatever portion of this site you happen to be looking through.

18. What is your favorite word?

I don't really have one but I think I use so a lot when I'm typing.

19. Are you a nerd, dork, or dweeb? Or all of the above?

I don't think I'm smart enough to be a nerd so I straddle the line between dork and dweeb.

20. Vampires or Fairies? Why?

I enjoy both. I read vampire books first and that was Lestat and Louis. Nope the Cullens are not real vampires. If you don't have fangs you're not a vampire and you sure as hell don't sparkle. I enjoy both.

21. Shapeshifters or Angels? Why?

Why do I have to choose? If I'm enjoying a book I don't care which happens to be a part of it. The Otherworld series by Kelley Armstrong has werewolves and that's a great series. Later it kind of focuses more on the witches.

22. Spirits or Werewolves? Why?

Why do I have to choose? I'm not the biggest werewolf fan but it all depends on the book.

23. Zombies or Vampires?

I'm not really big on zombies but if I find a book I enjoy that has them I'm fine with it. I've been debating off and on about whether or not I want to continue watching iZombie. I just got tired of all the stupid jokes. It is totally cool to make jokes if the skin is fair. That just fucking annoys me.

 24. Love Triangle or Forbidden Love?

I'm not a fan of love triangles but if I enjoy the book I'll put up with it. I'm meh about the whole forbidden love thing. Are we talking incest? Or a Romeo and Juliet kind of sitch?

25. AND FINALLY: Full on romance books or action-packed with a few love scenes mixed in?

It depends. Laurell K Hamilton is one author who I've iffy on continuing to read because she does long drawn out sex scenes and has harems of men. If it was toned down or if there were two versions available I'd keep reading her books instead of debating on whether or not it is worth it to keep in the loop about Anita Blake. Books can be awesome without love scenes. I'd prefer none or ones that aren't too explicit. I've read some ridiculous ones.ALLY: Full on romance books or action-packed with a few love scenes mixed in?
