I recall someone even RuneScape gold inquiring on these forums,”If there's only 1 Xmas cracker abandoned in most Runescape, what do you really think it will be worth” I think the response is, it is going to be worth whatever value to the individual that owns it – because there'll be no other ones.

Post some of your thoughts on items that are discontinued. P.S.. While training in lessers, a Runescaper was telling me about the costs of runes 6 decades back (she has not played for a while). I said”That's a long time ago”. She then replied that she had been about RS for at least 6 decades, she was about for Runescape Classic: ). I inquired,”Can you receive any holiday items (e.g. Xmas cracker)?” She stated she'd 500 party hats and 30 santa hats in her original Runescape account. I asked,”What did you do together?” . She answered that she has those things in her original accounts, but she forgot the password to that account.

Before the dungeoneering update along with the rewards that came with it, imo the walnut shortbow has been the most frequently encountered bow utilized. Individuals cited reasons such as a fast attack rate and reasonable damage as reasons as to why they chose it on walnut. Users of walnut longbows were indeed few and far between, I myself just chanced upon a maple longbow user once I was at Clan Wars FFA. (As a matter of fact, he utilized the more range of the longbow to shoot me while my shortbow couldn't reach him).

Users of different varients of bows such as the crossbow were even fewer, with the composite bows being a luxury item that few 60+'s were able to afford. Crossbows were used sometimes in clan wars by people wielding it along with a shield, but I rarely saw composite bows being spilled. So, this was how it stood prior to the update (in my view ). Most damage per hit: Maple long, exact fashion, assuming similar arrows were used. Most cost efficient: Either walnut long or maple short. Definately not willow comp. Most damage over the years: Maple short.

Best complete bow in my view: Willow comp (Mostly because I bought one and liked the blend of additional attack at the expense of speed, but not as dumb as a longbow, with a nice bonus array ) However, with the recent dungeoneering update, it feels like Just About the Gambling EXperience (aka Jagex) decided that the maple longbow was under-utilized. With the longbow sight now employed, it provides a hefty bonus of +110 array attack bonus in addition to the regular bonuses that a maple longbow has. I'd like to find out what the responses of the Sal's community are all approximately like. Can this update make longbows much more popular because of their high damage, and perhaps even the very popular bow being wielded? Can it create comp. Bow users even less because of more folks switching to cheap OSRS gold sighted longbows?
