1. Always start brushing your hair from the bottom to the top.

this is pretty basic. Always start brushing your hair from the bottom and move to the roots so you don't cause any damage. Also, if you don't have straight hair, it's best to brush it only before you wash it. I swear I didn't rhyme on purpose, but brushing wavy or curly hair will make it look frizzy. As you can see right here doesn't look good.

2.Pre shower

To get soft, shiny and healthy hair before I shower apply coconut oil.Like it really smells like real coconut. I am addicted to this thing. So I apply that on my hair tied in a bun and I leave it in for about 30 minutes to one hour so it can work its magic. And since I started using that, I've noticed a huge difference, especially the first day after I shower. My hair is much less frizzy than it used to be and much softer. And I absolutely love this product.

3.Wash your hair

Right now, I've been using Tigi Bed Head Recovery Shampoo & Conditioner Duo to wash my hair. It is Great for locks that are regularly exposed to coloring and heat styling, will intensively nourish and smooth your hair.

4. Style your hair.

It's really the texture is really light, but it also protects my super bleached and's from looking completely busted, which is very important now in order to protect my hair from more damage getting tangled and looking messy, I use a protective hairstyle, so I pretty much always have my hair in a braid when I'm home and especially when I go to sleep.

I use aunt jackie's soft all over oil .it is excellent oil therapy that can be used as a hot oil therapy for damage control, daily, as part of a protective hairstyling routine, or as a finishing step when styling for shine and softness.  I'll admit it's not super attractive, but it does work. If you don't like braids, you can try buns or anything basically that works for you that won't have your hair just flying around everywhere.

5.Haircuts

One of the biggest things I do to maintain long hair is I don't go to the hairdressers like ever. I mean, no offense if you are one, but I avoid the hair salon like it was the friggin dentist. And from my experience, they always seem to want to chop off my hair and I'm really not. Also, because I have unusually thick hair, they don't know how to cut it or what haircut works for me.

I use usually scissors because those teeth are great for thinning thick hair and they also help you make fewer mistakes, which is important if you're not a professional hairstylist. And I also only cut my hair two to three times a year, and that's only to get rid of really damaged hands or renew my hairstyle. Get rid of any split ends. But I don't do it more than bad because that's just going to stop my hair from growing long.

6. Eat healthily

Lasting for probably the most important one is diet. Dieting, calorie restricting and weight loss can lead to hair loss and unhealthy hair in general. And don't even get me started on how bad that is for your health. But if you want healthy hair and a beautiful bod HUD recommends Whole Foods being indicted for me and lots of other people.

Eliminating all animal products from my diet was the only way I could get fit. And also lots of food at the same time, which is very important and also not have to calorie restriction. It's also good for your health, it's good for the planet, and of course, it's good for the animals.
