Once I decided to apply the material in the book, TrueHearing System Review I started to see changes. The more I changed my habits, the more relief from tinnitus I experienced. This wasn’t easy, but the results were worth it. I had to make changes in behaviors that caused my stress level to rise. I had to make smarter food choices. I had to get more sleep. And, I had to make several other changes. These three main areas – stress, food choices, and sleep – made a huge difference. But, making the changes was very difficult, and I was not consistent at first. Now, I have pretty good new habits to replace the old, and it’s much easier for me.
For some others, making the habit changes that are required for this program to be successful may be more difficult. If you are not willing to make lifestyle changes to reduce your tinnitus symptoms, this is not the program for you.
Honestly, this shouldn’t be a drawback. But, to be honest, it is. I greatly prefer real books to reading off my computer screen. When I decided to get serious about implementing suggestions in this program, I printed out the eBook on double sided pages and put it in a binder. This was much better, but still not the same as a real book. It did help me take the program seriously enough to practically eliminate my tinnitus, however.
