Everyone knows ginger lily oil mostly for its effects that it has on the digestive system it is a really good oil to help with settling the stomach your nausea to have any of those types of tummy discomforts you can go to your ginger lily essential oil.

Ginger essential oil can be used in three different ways:-

  • You can use it aromatically by putting in the diffuser, by diffusing a blend of clove cinnamon, ginger, and wild orange and it has such a wonderful smell it just smells delicious or you can use it aromatically just by inhaling it right out of the bottle and that's gonna be really helpful for nauseousness and different digestive issues or You can put a drop of oil into the palm of your hand and rub it together and then cup it over the nose for aromatic benefits as well.

It is also really good for the respiratory system whenever you apply oil to the chest, it's really gonna help in break up mucus in the chest and in the lungs so if you're dealing with any type of respiratory issues maybe some seasonal discomforts or just congestion, you can apply it to your chest or on to the bottoms of your feet to promote clear and healthy breathing.

Ginger lily also has several properties and components to the essential oil that make it really good at relieving tension:-

  • You can also use for any type of aches and discomfort so if you're dealing with a  stiff neck may be a sore back applying ginger topically to the area of concern or even taking a drop internally is going to help with that.
  • You can use your ginger oil for aromatherapy massage or even just a soothing back rub because of that nice warming effect. It feels really good and you can apply it straight onto the skin but if you have sensitive skin or you are using this on a child or an elderly then you want to make sure to dilute it first in some fractionated coconut oil or if you are going to be using it for a massage then, you can even take a dime-sized amount of lotion and add a drop of oil into that and then use that for your massage.
