The top 50 accounting firms in the United States are ranked in the Vault Accounting Rankings. This ranking is based on responses from over 10,000 accounting professionals who took part in a survey.
I believe there is a significant flaw in the survey, which I will address shortly. PwC is currently in the first place. This makes sense to me, given that they are the finest of the Big Four accounting firms to work with. For the most part, they are considerate to their workers. The disadvantage is that it is contingent on your partner and workload.
Deloitte is ranked second, which makes sense given that they are the largest accounting company in terms of sales. They are the company with the most staff. They don't have as many programs for their workers as PwC does, which is why I believe they are rated lower.
