With the vision to breathe clean air and drink Pure water treatment plants in Chennai, Eco-Green has taken it upon itself to provide solutions to achieve the mission, for us and the upcoming generations.

Manufactured in Tuticorin, Eco green functions a backward integration of Virgin Activated Carbon with the help of steam activation derived from coconut shells and agro-forestry wood charcoals.

Eco Green’s water treatment plants in Chennai hold four kinds of water filters – PP Spun, Gac/Inline Filter, CTO Block and RO Membrane.

It is because of these filters, Eco green provides a solid water treatment system.

PP SPUN FILTER

The PP Spun shows off high strength and resistance with a Virgin Food Grade. It is applied at the Point of Entry in both Domestic and Industrial use. The extraordinary spun works on providing clean, consumable water.

GAC/ INLINE FILTER

the Gac/Inline filter, like the PP Spun is also applied at a Point of Entry. It can be applied pre or post RO filter system. One of the stand-out features this water filter is its high surface area, and low ash activated carbon.

Moreover, it also stays true to the trade with its materials which are highly bio-degradable and if not, can be recycled. It helps remove chlorine, odour and Volatile Organic Compounds.

CTO BLOCK

The CTO Block of the Water Filter contains a Low-pressure drop, has a high absorption rate, surface area and reduces chemical contaminants. The carbon in this filter is activated by Coconut Shell Powder NSF 42 and Vegetal Carbon Powder NSF 61.

It is applied at Point of Entry and of Use. Due to its Residential and Industrial use, the Block can be customized as per customer’s requirements.

RO MEMBRANE

The RO Membrane, contrary to the regular belief that it fails, gives a higher salt rejection value; over 97%. The operating temperature of the RO Membrane for the water planting system is 4.0 – 45 degree Celsius. The maximum operating pressure remains 150 PSI with a pH range – 4 – 11.
