Yes this is the new jibe that is going in every one’s mind. Everyone wants to be fit and healthy to enjoy all the pleasures in the world. Tell me don’t you plan your retirement more efficiently than your early retirement decade? So, gear up to reach that milestone in a fit freak manner. But as usual there is an excuse for exercise and fitness routine saying that we don’t find time. Now instead of cribbing for the lost hours lets steal time from the present routine. Yes one need to be smart enough in doing so or else time suppresses you. So here are a few mantras that will make you healthy without much effort. These mantras even work best for most of us as we balance between work and home.

Fitness Buddies:

Yes you need to have your fitness buddies to follow your healthy routine. Your buddy can be your friend or life partner or a family member too. But be sure you don’t have lazy and excuse giving partners. You know kids are great fitness buddies too; we will talk about this pointer later in detail. One thing that should be the key is never lie to your buddies, even an excuse saying ‘my phone battery drained and alarm didn’t ring’ is like ditching you’re self regarding your health.

Grooving while working:

We all have list of things to do, so we need to look more minutely in our daily routine where we can dance to our favorite tunes whenever possible. For instance when you are arranging your books or utensils, you can still sway and make the environment lively by singing and dancing. And I tell you this will uplift your dull mood and positivity is surely to flow in home.

Practicing / Learning with kids:

Kids are miniature teachers, as they never forget their routine because they follow their timetable religiously and will surely make you also follow the same. Let them master you in this hour and you follow their instructions, truly this is an amazing experience.

Also children have variety in their schedules, sometimes they practice for school programs and sometimes for society cultural programs and they are always eager to learn new art and dance forms. So you also follow them. For example if your child is going to basketball classes thrice a week, why don’t you play along with your child on weekends? In this manner you both will enjoy the quality time spent on the court.

Eat right at night:

Most of us still believe in eating a lavish dinner at night and even hosting parties in night. But the truth is our metabolism doesn’t allow this and ask us to eat early so that digestion is proper and we don’t face any further health issues. So what can be done with the parties, host a theme parties that are meant for lunch or you can have party in a place where there is much of physical work. Make a menu keeping in health as centre. On a lighter note host a party themed ‘Gym’ and dress code as ‘sports wear’.

Kinect at the rescue:

A rainy day or sunny day or there are certain other dependencies which does not let us leave home will absolutely not come in your way of fitness schedule with Kinect at your side. Gaming with much of physical activity is a complete solution to stay fit while indoors.
