It is the Industrious nature of Dr. Joby John that led him all the way from Coimbatore a city in India to such a prestigious university. Moving from Bently University in the year 2007 he joined as the Dean of the prestigious B.I Moody III College of Business Administration under University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Before stepping down as the Dean of the college in December 2014 he shouldered the responsibility of the largest business college in the state of Louisiana efficiently with dedication and devotion.During his tenure as the Dean of the college he worked hard to maintain the accreditation of the college and launched new academic and executive development programme.
At present, he is a Professor of Marketing in the University of Louisiana since December 2014. His journey from Coimbatore to such an esteemed university in US reflects the persevering nature of Dr Joby John and his excellence in the field of education. A PhD scholar in Business Administration having specialisation in Marketing from the Okhlahoma State University has published several research work getting accolade from the intellectual society of the world and has a vast range of experience gained from working for several international organisation like Pfizer, ITC to name a few at administrative level before finally moving to University of Louisiana.
He is a person with multifaceted talent yet soft-hearted and friendly who used to spend his leisure time in his garden growing bitter gourd, okra, and other corns. He has a great passion for music.
