Hot Towel and Oil- With warm tap water gently press your face and then use a facial oil on your fingertips to massage the muscles.

Third Eye Massage- Finally, press your index finger between the brows, hold the same position for 10-12 seconds. Move in one direction for 20 seconds, then towards the other for 20 more.
