Giri Devanur founder of reAlpha, a real estate investment firm based in Columbus, Ohio. reAlpha aims to democratize the short-term rental market worth $1.2 Trillion and real estate asset investment around the world. Born in Chikkamagaluru, the ‘Coffee land of Karnataka,’ Giri Devanur took his previous company Ameri100 Inc. as President and CEO to Nasdaq. In a path-breaking project that began from scratch in November 2013, Giri and his team scaled $50 Million in revenue and completed the IPO on Nasdaq, all in a mere 4 years. In recognition of his efforts, Giri Devanur was awarded the 2017 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year. As hobbies, Giri loves to read, teach, and occasionally plays golf.

Giri Devanur regularly pens blogs which are featured in Forbes. He has also written a book, ‘Nothing to Nasdaq: Secrets of Leading Your Company to Nasdaq in 4 Years’ in which he writes about arriving at America with a bank balance of sixty-five dollars and built his repertoire through seeking sage business advice, eventually completing a Nasdaq IPO with Ameri100.
