Not everyone thought they would become rubbish removal experts but it is one of those honest jobs, just like plumbing or cleaning work, domestic work, where one can earn a good living providing an essential service. The days of thinking that everyone has to have a degree and work behind a desk, putting on a suit or a collar and tie every day, are long over. There are just not enough corporate jobs around, university is very expensive, and corporate or “white collar” work does not appeal to everyone. Getting a trade, such as plumbing, electrics, welding, rubbish removal, anything where you are working with your hands, is good and honest labour. And you know, you can always make a living and you could even make a really good living. These kinds of people are always needed and no matter what, they will always have work.
Good honest work
All work is good and honest work and no work should be looked down on. Rubbish removal might not sound like the most glamorous job in the world but you know, sitting in front of a computer is not all that glamorous either. And work does not need to be glamorous. What work does need to be is rewarding and stimulating, and yes, rubbish removal, plumbing, electrical work, welding, building, and domestic work is rewarding work. All you need is the ability to do it, and the good news is no diploma or certificate is needed for rubbish removal, and the tools which in the case of rubbish removal would be a van, brooms, gloves, big black plastic bags or similar, and one or two staff to help out. You also need to be diligent and to do the work properly which will result in a lot of further word-of-mouth work.
