Women in the 21st century today have become well aware of all the unfairness their gender has been facing for centuries and the fact that they have always been undermined as compared to the male gender. Women are now more empowered and ready to take things into their own hands to solve many of the problems they have always been facing.

Some of the main things that the women of the 21st century are now doing include:

Saying No:

Women have now understood that there is a limit to everything, and even a limit to being used by others, be it inside the house, at the workplace, or anywhere at all. They have also understood how important it is to say no to things that they are not comfortable doing or doing tasks they are not comfortable in performing. Saying no is possible for women now because they are no longer scared of any actions being taken against them, and they are now feeling stronger.

Sharing Their Stories:

Where women were once made to keep quiet and hush up about susan domestic violence stories and all the different kinds of harassment or events they had been through that were wrong on the part of men and other women, now, women are not afraid to share those stories. Now, women feel empowered sharing these stories and holding the other gender responsible and accountable for their wrong actions.

Raising Their Voice:

Along with sharing their stories, women are also not afraid anymore of raising their voice, be it at the workplace or any public place. They can be there and then call out any wrong action that they can see happening with them or in front of them, and they are not afraid to shout out and call for help from other women.

Creating Awareness:

Women are now also moving forward by creating more awareness around the world about their gender becoming stronger so that other women elsewhere in the world would feel empowered too and realize their true potentials. Holding active protests, showcasing placards and banners that negate different taboos, and holding talks where they make other women believe they are there to back them up are all proactively happening around the world.

Using Social Media:

The power of social media has been proved throughout this century, where different social media networks have come up as being the best and are being used for the betterment. Even women have seen that social media plays a huge role in their lives and empowerment process, where they trend different keywords and hashtags to gain a following and share their experiences openly with others. There are no boundaries like region, other restrictions, etc., on social media either, so women around the globe can connect and help each other without any issues.

Final Verdict:

No matter where the women are, the fact that they are connected with each other through different media, and know that other women are always backing them up, they are not afraid anymore to come out of their restricted zones and voice out their concerns or share their stories with the world.
