First, log into the Amazon Lex console and create a new bot or select an existing one.

Next, navigate to the “Intents” section of your bot and create a new intent or select an existing one.

In the “Response” section of the intent, select the “Add response” button.

From the drop-down menu, select “Rich messages”.

In the “Rich messages” section, select the type of rich message you want to add. Amazon Lex supports several types of rich messages, including:
- Buttons
- List

In the “Buttons” section, you can add up to three buttons by clicking on the “Add button” button.

For each button, you need to specify the text that will be displayed on the button, and the value that will be returned when the button is clicked.

Once you’ve added all the buttons you want, click on the “Save” button to save your changes.

Finally, you can test your chatbot to make sure the buttons are working as expected. To do this, click on the “Test” button in the Amazon Lex console and type a message that will trigger the intent you just created.
