Email addresses with sbcglobal.net, PacBell, att.net are controlled by AT&T, however, AT&T has sold its services to Yahoo in the past few years. Consequently, some people have noticed their ATT&T email accounts merging with Yahoo emails. Since AT&T has sold its services to Yahoo, some ATT emails have shifted to Yahoo or have merged into it. Search for the Yahoo official website using your web browser.

Move to the sign-in link to open the Yahoo login page.

Provide your Yahoo email address and the password to ensure a safe login.

Once your Yahoo mailbox opens, move to the profile link (from the top right corner of your screen).

Select the “My Email Accounts” and click on the “Account Profile”
options. -
Press the “User Information option to unlink your att.net email account from Yahoo or other emails.

Locate the “Delete Account” option from the right-hand side of the “Member ID” option.

A confirmation pop-up window will show up on your screen asking you to confirm the deletion.

Click on the “OK” button.

Now, go to the AT&T official login page and click on the sign-in button.

Provide your att.net email address and the account password and click on the unmerge button from the bottom of your screen.

This will separate your Att.net email account from Yahoo or other emails.
If you wish to separate Yahoo from AT&T, you need to delete the AT&T email account first then login to the Yahoo web page. Similarly, log in to the SBCGlobal email account and follow the same steps.
