The amount of IIBs you receive is based on your impairment rating, which is determined by a doctor, and the number of weeks of benefits you are entitled to receive. In Texas, IIBs are typically paid at a rate of 70% of your average weekly wage, up to a maximum of $778 per week for calendar year 2023.
