This was the first time the frontline leaders have come together since 2019. It was inspiring to hear stories of team members and colleagues meeting in real life for the first time. The energy was palpable.
Big challenges and opportunities ahead as all call centres are now back in Australia and all stores will be company owned by the end of the month.
