Disciple making movements matter because they were at the heart of God’s design for humankind at creation and they play a central role in his plan to prepare the people for the second coming of Christ. This movement spreads wide and deep to at least four generations and beyond. Growing a movement through all its stages is a significant challenge. Making disciples requires much practice and hard work.  If you want to be a part of this world changing movement, you should definitely take discipleship training. Jesus spent three years with his disciples, telling stories, teaching, and sharing life with them. One of our key goals is to see a movement of disciple making communities all across the world.

There are many different things you can track as it relates to a movement’s growth. Our missionary training programs are designed to teach participants the underlying ministry paradigms that lead to disciple making movements. We’re not training missionaries to reach one person with the gospel – we’re training them to reach thousands. That is why training and mentoring are an essential part of Disciple Making Movements. In a Disciple Making Movement, the emphasis is not on growing an ever increasingly large church, but on multiplying small groups of disciples who make disciples.
