The New Delhi Declaration after the conclusion of the summit, which took place on July 4 under India’s chairmanship, stated that Russia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan reaffirmed their support to the BRI.
