As we human beings are literally very comical. We have different things in our mind and life as well. We lead a very hectic life too. But we have to eat food. We literally forgot the concept of “Healthy food”. At Least our instincts say that. Habit is everything. Our life revolves around our habit. Our life makes us machines. Apart from that, our food habit also makes us a little bit sluggish.

The Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre in New Delhi also stated that we cannot deny the fact that we all have a huge fascination towards junk food or street food. Nothing can be better than this. But these things make our life miserable at the same time. We always give excuses that we do not have time. Every puzzle has to be solved in its own way. We hardly pass a day without stress and anxiety. But at the end of the day, we really need something healthy. For this milk is the best option. Milk is loaded with nutrients such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B12 etc. There is no need to mention that milk is the best source of protein and calcium. It is dubbed as a complete food.

From our very childhood, we have always had milk because of its nutritious value that our parents felt was important for us. Questioning milk in our diet could never have been questioned. Whether we liked it or not, we were made to have milk either by adding a flavor to change its taste or giving it in some other form like curd, lassi and what not.
