Many parts of Jab Tak Hain Jaan were shot in Kashmir as shown in the movie and Jiya re wasn't any different. This song takes us through the Shikara ride in Dal Lake and the exciting feeling of romance in the beautiful waters of the lake. It is one of the golds of Bollywood we must say.

Pahalgam
Here comes the cinematic masterpiece, Rockstar. While the songs and story of this movie by Imtiaz Ali have touched millions of hearts, one would agree that the visuals certainly have played a role in that. Heer's wedding took place in Kashmir and gave us a flavour of Kashmir culture. There was also a Katiya Karu song that showed us the beautiful roads and mountains of Pahalgam.

Another iconic love song shot in the valley of romance is Ishq Wala Love of Student of the Year. This coming of age film was the debut film of many now-famous actors and actresses and showed us the grand school life of the rich people. The beautiful white backdrop of Kashmir added to the beauty of this song as well to the aesthetics of the film.
