MădălinaPerțe specializes in Corporate / M&A matters where she has dealt with various assignments. She has also been involved in multiple due diligence exercises and regularly advises companies on daily housekeeping matters. Mădălina’s expertise extends to capital markets and financial regulatory. Andrei Covaliu specialises in dispute resolution and further focuses on compliance, risk and sensitive investigations. He has gained experience in litigation matters covering various areas (administrative law, public procurement, contractual liability and liability in tort), and has been recently involved in a large number of complex, high-profile litigations.
Răzvan Constantinescu focuses on banking & finance, as well as on a wide range of financial regulatory and capital markets matters. With several years of experience, he has already taken a primary role in numerous transactions having been involved in some of the most landmark, cross-border financings our office has recently assisted.
Raluca Constantin specialises in Dispute Resolution where she has advised companies on a wide range of administrative contentious matters, as well as projects related to compliance, risk and sensitive investigations. Raluca has been recently involved in a number of challenging cross-practice litigations.
